Vegalene® Products Awarded Prestigious ACF Seal of Approval
St. Clair, Mo. – Par-Way Tryson, the makers of the Vegalene branded products, are pleased to announce that the American Culinary Federation has awarded their distinguished Seal of Approval to the following three products; Vegalene Premium Food Spray, Vegalene Allergen Free Food Spray, and Vegalene Buttery Cooking Spray.
“For decades Vegalene products have proven to chefs and foodservice operators that there is no substitute for industry leading quality and innovation. We’re proud and honored that the ACF’s in-depth tests on our Vegalene products provide an objective affirmation of what chefs have known for years,” says Keyna Klabzuba, Par-Way Tryson’s president.
Keith Davis, CEC, AAC, chair of the ACF Seal of Approval committee, and the ACF Seal of Approval Committee applied rigorous testing criteria to the product. The committee evaluated the product’s physical performance, performance when various cooking methods were applied, adaptability, and accuracy of labels and marketing materials.
“Our panel of chefs tested Vegalene, Vegalene Allergen Free Food Release Spray, and Vegalene Buttery Cooking Spray in a variety of commercial cooking and baking applications, the pan-release sprays received superior performance reviews and we are proud to award Vegalene the ACF Seal of Approval.”
The well respected American Culinary Federation has been a trusted source for foodservice certification, assessment and endorsement since 1950. To ensure that they only award their approval to products of the highest quality, the ACF thoroughly tests and carefully evaluates each product.
In fact, Vegalene, known for its exceptional quality, has been proven to cover more pans per can than leading competitors*. That saves operators money. Vegalene brand products give operators a more consistent release for a higher yield of their own.
